Do Siege cheats work in ranked?

They run in every playlist, since the client does not change between casual and ranked.

Ranked is where they get you banned, though. Higher lobbies study killcams and report on far less evidence than a casual player would bother with.

What does a Siege macro do that an aimbot does not?

A macro only shapes your mouse movement to cancel recoil. It never reads the game, never draws anything and never touches the process.

That makes it the quietest thing in this section. It also means it cannot tell you where anybody is, which an aimbot build does as a matter of course.

Can Siege ESP see players through destructible walls?

Yes, and through the intact ones too. The overlay reads positions from game state, so a soft wall makes no difference to what appears on screen.
