What these Rust cheats do
Aimbot
Recoil is the real barrier in Rust, and flattening it changes more fights than aim assistance does. Above ground it shows sleeping bags and players across terrain, which decides whether you cross open ground toward Launch Site or sit and wait.
Radar
Rust maps run large and mostly empty, so a radar answers one question above all others: is anyone near my base. It puts players on an overlay live while you farm or build, and raid defence is where that pays for itself. You get warning that a group is moving in, rather than finding out when the first rocket lands on your wall.

Do I need to reinstall a Rust cheat after every wipe?

No. A wipe resets the server, not the game client, so your loader and key carry straight over into the new cycle.
Rust patches on Thursdays, though, and Thursday is when builds go down. Check your loader before you plan a wipe-day base rather than in the middle of the rush.
What does a Rust radar show that ESP does not?

Nothing extra in raw information. The difference is where it appears: a radar runs as a separate map window, often on a phone or a second monitor, and draws nothing inside the game.
That makes it much duller for a spectator to catch, and it is why radar products often stay sellable through a patch that takes the overlay builds down.
Is a no-recoil script on its own enough in Rust?

For plenty of players, yes. Recoil is the skill wall in Rust, and a script that flattens an AK spray closes most of the gap without putting a single pixel on screen.
What it will not do is tell you someone is behind the rock. Pair it with a radar if you keep getting third-partied rather than out-shot.
