Medusa adds weather control, which changes visibility conditions on servers that use dynamic weather. That is the most visible feature in this section, since weather shifting around one player is not something the game does. Aim, loot ESP and no recoil make up the rest at $2.23.
Weather control affects your client only. Other players see the server weather, which is exactly why a sudden clear sky around one person reads oddly on a recording.
