Before you write
When does my key arrive?
One to five minutes after the payment goes through. The checkout page that took the payment sends it, so look in the inbox you gave there, and in spam. If nothing came, write to us with the order number.
Who takes my payment?
Our payment partner. Every buy button on this site opens their checkout page; the order, the key and the receipt live there.
When does my subscription start counting?
From the moment you activate the key, not from the purchase. A key that waits a few days before its first launch loses nothing.
